Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking an AMER & Global Sr. Event Operations Manager to lead end-to-end event planning, logistics, and governance from South San Francisco, CA onsite.

You will drive global standards, oversee dashboards and audits, and coordinate with EMEA and APAC teams to ensure consistent, high‑quality experiences. The role requires 6+ years in corporate event operations, strong leadership, and a data‑driven approach.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive experience in corporate event planning, operations, or workplace experience.
• Experience leading end-to-end operational execution for complex or high-visibility events.
• Experience drafting operational SOPs, SLAs, audits, and standardized frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operational planning, logistics, and execution for all AMER workplace events and high-visibility programs.
• Draft, refine, and enforce global operational standards and governance.
• Provide dotted-line coordination to Event Managers across EMEA and APAC.
• Oversee global event tool health and consolidated reporting across regions.
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and on-site program execution.
