Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Senior Engineering Operations Manager to lead the Engineering Operations program at the client’s HQ in San Jose, CA. This onsite role focuses on maintenance, reliability, and program governance across major building systems.

You will partner with engineering leadership to plan staffing, safety, and operational requirements, while overseeing budgets, KPIs, and vendor performance. On-call for emergencies and equity of service are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of facilities engineering, maintenance, or operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and lifecycle management.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with large campus environments and capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Engineering Operations across the client HQ.
• Oversee maintenance, reliability, risk, and budget for facilities.
• Manage CMMS/PM program, KPIs, and data integrity.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and contractors to ensure uptime.
• Lead staffing, safety, and professional development of engineering staff.
• Monitor OPEX, service contracts, and capital project support.
