Job summary
Sun Recruiting, Inc. seeks a Global Sales Director to drive enterprise growth across large national and global organizations.
The role is remote with about 25% travel and a focus on building strategic accounts and closing multi-million dollar opportunities. You will lead the sales function, shape market strategy, and develop senior-level relationships with Fortune 1000 clients, partnering with marketing, product, and client teams to forecast revenue and close major deals.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience.
- 4+ years within corporate travel services or related sector.
- Experience closing $1M+ enterprise opportunities.
- Knowledge of corporate travel, payments, expense management, events, or fintech.
- Strong C-suite relationship and negotiation skills.
- Experience leading and developing sales professionals.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
Responsibilities
- Set and execute the enterprise growth strategy.
- Build a strong pipeline of large strategic accounts.
- Lead major opportunities from initial engagement through contract execution.
- Develop senior-level relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Lead complex commercial negotiations.
- Partner across marketing, product, and client-facing teams.
- Provide leadership with pipeline and revenue forecasts.
- Represent the organization with key clients and at relevant industry events.
