Job summary

UKG is seeking an Employee Relations Partner, Transformation & Employment Practices to join the People & Employment Practices team. You will advise on policy interpretation, employment compliance, and workforce transformation initiatives across multiple jurisdictions.

Collaborate with Legal, HRBPs, and stakeholders to develop governance, manage risk, and support due diligence during mergers and acquisitions. Strong analytical skills and knowledge of employment law are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in employee relations, HR, employment practices, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience supporting policy development, interpretation, and compliance activities.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and interpret global and regional employment policies and practices.
• Monitor changes in employment laws and assess impacts on policies and processes.
• Assist with reporting and compliance audits as needed.
• Support governance of employment practices and COI activities.
• Collaborate with Legal, HRBPs, and stakeholders on employee matters and training.
