Clinton Health Access Initiative, Inc. seeks a highly analytical Senior Associate/Manager to lead market intelligence across diagnostic markets and health systems.

You will own end-to-end analytical work, framing questions, collecting and validating data, and delivering decision-ready reports for diverse stakeholders. The role requires strong data skills, clear communication, and ability to work with in-country teams while traveling internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience conducting market intelligence or related analytical work (market sizing, demand forecasting, pricing, etc.).
• Ability to run analytics end-to-end with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in global health or international development is preferred.
• Willingness to travel internationally (30–35%).

Responsibilities

• Lead market intelligence and analytical work end-to-end, from defining questions to final reports.
• Conduct rigorous quantitative and qualitative analyses from multiple data sources.
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Partner with CHAI country teams to define data needs and interpret findings.
• Translate complex information into clear, decision-ready insights and recommendations.
• Independently manage analytical workstreams and deliver high-quality outputs; apply AI tools when appropriate.
