Job summary

Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) is seeking a Manager to lead diagnostic market-shaping activities within the GMT, focusing on SECURE and priority areas. Based in a CHAI program country with up to 25% travel, you will design and update global supply-and-demand strategies and negotiate with diagnostic suppliers.

You will build relationships with country teams, suppliers, and donors while coordinating with partners to create affordable, high-quality diagnostic products for LMICs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in private sector, strategy consulting, or investment banking in pharma/diagnostics.
• Strong analytical and communication (written and verbal) skills; detail oriented.
• Creative thinker able to develop transformational global health solutions.
• Entrepreneurial, independent, self-motivated, and able to bring others along.
• Able to handle multiple tasks, set priorities, and synthesize information.
• Experience working in fast-paced, multicultural environments with stakeholder management.
• Proven management ability with multi-stakeholder project delivery.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement market-shaping and market-creation strategies for diagnostics.
• Negotiate with diagnostic companies on pricing and supply terms.
• Coordinate with GMT leadership and country teams to meet grant deliverables.
• Lead relation-building with executives across companies and organizations.
• Manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects and oversee subcontracted partners.
• Represent CHAI to donors and external partners to advance impact goals.
