Job summary

Clinton Health Access Initiative, Inc. seeks an Associate for the Global Markets Team to support SUPREME/SECURE programs. You will analyze supplier dynamics, forecast demand, and conduct cost analyses to optimize financing and procurement in LMICs.

The role requires strong project management, communication, and travel up to 25%. Experience in strategy consulting, health financing, or pharmaceuticals is valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum advanced degree with strong academic performance.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience including in a fast-paced, results-oriented work environment (e.g., strategy consulting, pharmaceuticals, health financing).
• Proven project management skills and the ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, and demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with individuals of varying levels of seniority.
• Clear strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Available for up to 25% travel.
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• English language fluency, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Landscape and analyse supplier dynamics in LMICs for priority products.
• Develop demand forecasts and uptake models for new and existing technologies.
• Execute costing and impact analyses for new models of financing, procurement, and distribution.
• Lead preparation of high-quality presentations, reports, and analyses for global and country discussions.
• Perform due diligence and develop business cases to support supplier negotiations and pricing agreements.
• Proactively develop and manage relationships with product manufacturers, partners, and donors.
• Support in-country planning around new product introduction, including alignment and supply chain considerations.
• Track developments in the diagnostics landscape relevant to outcomes and regulations.
• Participate in meetings with partners including government stakeholders and donors.
• Drive day-to-day project activities, document tracking, knowledge sharing, and project management.
• Support fundraising with background research and donor materials.
