Job summary

Clinton Health Access Initiative seeks a Manager or Senior Manager to advance market shaping for AI-enabled diagnostics in LMICs. You will work with global and country teams, governments, donors, and industry to design access strategies, navigate regulations, and plan country introductions and scale-up.

The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, project leadership, and the ability to travel for partner, country, and supplier meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Economics, Public Health, or a related field.
• 8+ years (10+ years with a Bachelor's) of experience in strategy consulting or related fast-paced field, ideally with market shaping/global health exposure.
• Experience in market shaping, global health, and/or medtech is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and written/oral communication skills; ability to present to diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to manage large projects and collaborate across geographies and time zones.
• Willingness to travel frequently and on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute market shaping strategies to improve access to AI diagnostic tools.
• Identify opportunities to shape market dynamics for affordability and sustainability.
• Build relationships with companies, governments, donors, and partners to guide product readiness and access terms.
• Support negotiations on pricing and supply terms with AI/diagnostic firms.
• Collaborate with CHAI country and global teams to develop policy, evidence, and financing cases for adoption.
