Job summary

The Clinton Health Access Initiative, Inc. (CHAI) is seeking a Manager or Senior Manager for the Global Markets Team (GMT) to lead diagnostic market-shaping activities within the SUPREME/SECURE portfolio.

The role focuses on designing and updating CHAI’s global supply-and-demand strategies, and on negotiating with diagnostic suppliers to improve access to affordable, high-quality tools in low- and middle-income countries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 8+ years of work experience.
• Experience in private sector strategy consulting, investment banking, or similar fast-paced environments preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, detail oriented.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently and influence others.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and update CHAI’s global supply-and-demand product strategies.
• Lead negotiations with diagnostic companies and supplier engagement.
• Collaborate with GMT, CHAI teams, and external partners to meet grant deliverables.
• Manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects with high-quality, timely outputs.
• Build relationships with diagnostics companies, governmental, multilateral, and NGO partners.
• Represent CHAI to major donors and external partners to advance impact goals.
• Provide technical support to suppliers on product development, regulatory, and forecasting.
