Job summary

Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) seeks a highly analytical Senior Associate to lead market intelligence within the Global Diagnostics Team. The role owns analytical work end-to-end—framing questions, collecting data, analyzing, validating, and synthesizing evidence into final reports and presentations.

You will work across diagnostic technologies, procurement, and supply chains, translating complex information into clear recommendations for governments, partners, and CHAI teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of professional experience.
• Experience conducting market intelligence, market sizing, demand forecasting, pricing or cost analysis, financial modelling, or related analyses.
• Ability to run analytical workstreams independently with strong data handling, assumptions, and documentation.
• Experience in global health, international development, or health systems in LMICs preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate analyses into clear, actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead market intelligence end‑to‑end from defining questions to final reports and presentations.
• Conduct rigorous quantitative and qualitative analyses from multiple data sources.
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and non‑technical audiences with concise messages.
• Partner with CHAI country teams and in‑country stakeholders to validate data and interpret findings.
• Translate complex information into decision‑ready insights to improve procurement decisions.
• Independently manage analytical workstreams, timelines, and stakeholder follow‑up; travel as required.
