Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering or mathematics.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in design with significant leadership experience.
• Strong leadership and team‑management skills with the ability to mentor.
• Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in design tools and software; master’s degree is highly valued.
