You will report to the leadership team and work from Chicago, IL or Minneapolis, MN on a hybrid schedule, guiding cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in program management or related energy/building automation roles.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with ability to manage complex customer programs.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving to align programs with business goals.
• Experience in matrix organizations with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the execution of complex energy customer programs within scope, schedule, and budget
• Ensure alignment of energy programs with strategic business objectives and customer requirements
• Identify and mitigate program risks and issues to maintain program health and delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure program success and stakeholder satisfaction
• Provide leadership and guidance to program teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
• Monitor and report program performance metrics to senior management
