Job summary

Honeywell Technologies seeks a Senior Energy Solutions Development Engineer to support HESG project development across North America, engaging with public sector facilities and commercial/industrial projects to assist the sales team. You will influence customers toward Honeywell solutions and provide external and internal consultations.

You will lead solution development, perform audits, develop financial analyses, and coordinate with internal teams to craft compelling scopes and value

Qualifications

• Experience in energy solutions and project development.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, and piping systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform Technical Audits and develop investment grade audits for facilities and prepare financial analyses.
• Lead solution development for electrification, heat pumps, CHP, and energy storage initiatives.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and support sales objectives.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Measurement & Verification, Delivery, Contracts) to finalize scopes.
• Support post-contract engineering, design documentation, and project commissioning.
