Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Senior Energy Solutions Development Engineer to support North American project development, engaging with public sector and C&I clients. You will influence customer decisions, provide consultations, help tailor product messaging, and drive cross-functional alignment with Sales, Delivery, and Contracts teams.

Qualifications

5+ years in Energy Solutions business
5+ years working knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems
Professional Engineering license
CEM is a plus

Responsibilities

Perform Technical Audits and Solution Development – develop an investment grade audit of facilities and a customer-focused solution meeting technical, social and financial requirements.
Technical Knowledge and Aptitude – understand HVAC systems; lead projects including electrification, heat pumps, geothermal, CHPs; solar PV/BESS knowledge is a plus.
Communication and Proficiency with Sales – communicate at all organizational levels to achieve sales goals; present complex ideas to non-technical audiences.
