Job summary
Honeywell Technologies seeks a Senior Energy Solutions Development Engineer to support HESG project development across North America, engaging with municipal facilities, schools, airports, hospitals, and C&I sites. You will apply deep HVAC and energy systems knowledge to develop comprehensive, investment-grade audits and client-ready solutions.

Qualifications
- 5+ years in Energy Solutions
- 5+ years working knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems
- Professional Engineering license
- CEM is a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform Technical Audits and Solution Development for investment-grade audits
- Develop and apply solutions for HVAC, electrification, solar PV, and BESS
- Communicate with sales and present complex ideas to non-technical audiences
- Develop scopes of work and financial analyses for proposals
- Support delivery operations, post-contract engineering, and project commissioning
