Honeywell Energy & Sustainability Solutions (ESS) is seeking a Sr. Manager Global Design to shape design strategy and lead a global team of designers across industries.

You will guide the development and implementation of innovative, user‑centered design solutions for customers and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define goals and requirements. Based in Tulsa, OK or Rosemont, IL on a hybrid schedule, with 100% onsite for the first 90 days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering or mathematics.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in design, with significant leadership experience.
• Strong leadership and team‑management skills, with a proven ability to mentor and coach.
• Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making, and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in design tools and software.
• Master’s degree in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, or a related field is highly valued.

As a Sr. Manager Global Design at Honeywell Energy & Sustainability Solutions (ESS), you will play a crucial role in shaping the design strategy and direction for our global energy and sustainability solutions. You will lead a team of designers, driving the development and implementation of innovative and user-centered design solutions for our customers across industries, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define design goals and requirements. The goal is to ensure that our products are visually appealing, intuitive, and meet the needs of our customers.

Location & Work Schedule: You will report directly to the Director, Chemical Engineer and will work out of our Tulsa, OK or Rosemont, IL location on a hybrid schedule. For the first 90 days, new hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M‑F.

• Candidate must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or protected status).
• Annual base salary range: $167,000 – $209,000.
• Relocation support may be provided.
