Job summary

Sellers & Associates, LLC is seeking a Strategic Planner SME to support SOF Global Services Delivery. As a senior expert, you will advise leadership, support mission planning, and oversee training programs to improve readiness and mission success across theaters.

You will work in a high‑tempo, multinational environment, developing strategic guidance, briefs, and materials for senior leadership while coordinating with SOF international partners and government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military/operational experience.
• 10+ years supporting USSOCOM, Theater SOF, or related SOF missions.
• Experience in SOF operations, global mission support, logistics, intelligence, communications, or training.
• Ability to work in austere, high‑tempo, and multinational environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on SOF mission support, service delivery, and operational requirements.
• Develop strategic planning for SOF-related education and training.
• Maintain knowledge of current SOF doctrine and emerging technologies.
• Coordinate with government leadership and partner organizations to deliver services across theaters.
• Develop reports and briefings for senior leadership.
• Oversee training programs to ensure personnel are prepared to support SOF missions.
