Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Client Service Associate to join our Securities Services Custody Client Facing team in the Tampa region. You will provide institutional clients with access to markets globally for settlements, safekeeping, and asset servicing.

Responsibilities include handling client inquiries, resolving issues, performing root cause analysis, and collaborating with global teams to improve product and processes while ensuring an exceptional client experience.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of financial markets, trade lifecycle, and settlement practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for all business levels.
• Ability to operate in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines and strong time management.
• Exposure to business intelligence tools and data-driven analysis.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
