Job summary

Jeppesen ForeFlight seeks a Senior Contracts Management Specialist to lead negotiations and manage complex contracts supporting global business. In this senior role, you’ll partner with internal stakeholders and provide innovative contractual solutions, with the possibility of fully remote work.

You will collaborate across finance, legal, operations, and other functions, mitigate risk, mentor the contracts team, and travel as needed to support customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in contracts, procurement, finance, or related functions.
• Proven ability building customer relationships.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and risk management skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with sound judgment.
• High ethics, integrity, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex negotiations and manage contract execution.
• Represent ForeFlight with global customers.
• Develop innovative contractual solutions to drive growth.
• Assess contractual risk and guide mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across finance, legal, and operations.
• Mentor and build capability within the contracts team.
• Travel domestically and internationally as needed.
