Job summary

DRiV, a global leader in aftermarket, seeks a Senior Consolidations Manager to lead the worldwide consolidations process and ensure GAAP-compliant reporting. You will manage multi-entity eliminations, oversee intercompany balances, and mentor a dedicated team in a fast-paced environment.

You will partner with regional finance, support audits, and contribute to policy development and process improvements while delivering timely consolidated statements and insightful management reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field required; CPA preferred.
• Extensive consolidation accounting knowledge including intercompany eliminations.
• Experience with multinational consolidations and GAAP reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead global financial consolidations, multi-entity and intercompany eliminations.
• Prepare and present consolidated financial statements and management reports.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes across subsidiaries.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and intercompany balances; resolve discrepancies.
• Supervise consolidations accounting team; provide guidance and development.
• Serve as primary contact for external auditors on consolidated statements.
• Develop consolidation policies and ensure strong internal controls.
• Analyze data, variances, and trends; prepare senior management reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and planning with FP&A teams.
• Ensure adherence to US GAAP and local statutory reporting.
