Job summary

BDO USA is seeking an Experienced Manager, Consolidations & Reporting to lead critical corporate accounting activities across a multi-entity organization, with responsibility for financial consolidations, intercompany accounting, and the cash flow statement.

You will partner with finance and business leaders to improve processes, data quality, and scalability, while managing and developing accounting professionals and serving as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of progressive accounting experience.
• Five or more years of management experience.
• Experience leading consolidations in a complex, multi-entity environment.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial close processes.

Responsibilities

• Owns the monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation process for domestic and international entities, including review of entity submissions and currency translation.
• Directs intercompany eliminations, including revenue/expense, receivables/payables, and intercompany transactions.
• Establishes intercompany policies, reconciliation standards, and close timelines; resolves out-of-balance positions.
• Maintains legal-entity accounting hierarchy in ERP and reporting systems; coordinates entity changes.
• Leads preparation and review of the consolidated cash flows and supporting schedules; ensures accurate classification and documentation.
