Job summary

BDO USA is seeking an Experienced Manager of Consolidations & Reporting to lead critical corporate accounting activities for a multi-entity organization. You will own consolidations, intercompany eliminations, and cash flow reporting while maintaining strong internal controls and partnering with finance leaders to improve processes and data quality.

The role oversees a team, drives process improvements, and serves as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• CPA certification preferred for advanced roles.
• Ten or more years of progressive accounting experience required.
• Experience leading consolidations in a multi-entity environment and strong U.S. GAAP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation process for domestic and international entities.
• Direct intercompany eliminations, including revenue/expense and intercompany balances.
• Establish and enforce intercompany policies and close timelines; resolve variances.
• Maintain the legal-entity accounting hierarchy and coordinate entity changes.
• Lead preparation/review of the consolidated cash flows and supporting schedules.
• Drive process improvements and automation across consolidation and reporting processes.
