BDO USA is seeking an Experienced Manager, Consolidations & Reporting to lead multi-entity financial consolidations, intercompany eliminations, and cash flow preparation. The rolepartners with Finance leadership to improve data quality and scalability, while mentoring accounting professionals.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in consolidations, U.S. GAAP, and ERP/close platforms, and will drive process improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of progressive accounting experience.
• Five or more years of management experience.
• Experience leading consolidations in a multi-entity environment.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and cash flow reporting.

Responsabilités

• Owns monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation process for domestic and international entities.
• Directs intercompany eliminations and documentation.
• Establishes and enforces intercompany policies, reconciliation standards, and close timelines; investigate variances.
• Maintains a legal-entity accounting hierarchy in ERP and reporting systems and manages entity changes.
• Leads preparation and review of the consolidated cash flows and schedules with proper documentation.
• Manages close calendar, monitors dependencies, and ensures reporting deadlines are met.
• Reviews journal entries, reconciliations, rollforwards, and variance analyses for accuracy.
