BDO USA is seeking an Experienced Manager, Consolidations & Reporting to lead critical corporate accounting across a multi-entity organization, with responsibility for financial consolidations, intercompany accounting, and consolidated cash flow statement preparation.

You will partner with finance and business leaders to improve processes, data quality, and scalability, manage a team, and ensure timely, accurate reporting under U.S. GAAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Ten (10) or more years of progressive accounting experience, required.
• Five (5) or more years of management experience, preferred.
• Experience leading consolidations and managing teams in a multi-entity environment, preferred.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, consolidated reporting, intercompany accounting, and cash flow statement preparation, required.

Responsabilités

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation process for domestic and international entities; review submissions, adjustments, currency translation, and consolidated results.
• Direct intercompany eliminations and intercompany accounting processes including revenue/expense, receivables/payables, investments and equity, and unrealized profit.
• Establish intercompany policies, reconciliation standards, settlement procedures, and close timelines; investigate out-of-balance positions.
• Maintain legal-entity accounting hierarchy in ERP and reporting systems; coordinate entity changes such as formations, acquisitions, mergers, and dissolutions.
• Lead the preparation and review of consolidated cash flows and supporting schedules; ensure accurate classification and documentation.
• Manage the close calendar, monitor dependencies, and ensure reporting deadlines are met.
• Review journals, reconciliations, rollforwards, and analyses for GAAP compliance.
• Partner with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Legal, and business-unit finance teams on transactions and forecasts.
• Drive process improvements and automation across consolidation, intercompany, and cash flow reporting.
• Other duties as required.
