Job summary

BDO USA, LLP is seeking an Experienced Manager, Consolidations & Reporting to lead critical corporate accounting activities across a multi-entity organization. You will oversee financial consolidations, intercompany eliminations, and cash flow statement preparation while upholding internal controls and timeliness.

You will mentor accounting professionals, partner with finance leaders, and drive process improvements across consolidation and reporting processes to scale data quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 10+ years of accounting experience, required.
• 5+ years of management experience, preferred.
• Experience leading consolidations in a multi-entity environment, required.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and consolidation reporting, required.
• Experience with ERP systems and consolidation platforms, required.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation process for domestic and international entities, including currency translation and noncontrolling interests.
• Direct intercompany eliminations and intercompany accounting, including revenue/expense and balances.
• Establish and enforce intercompany policies, reconciliation standards, and close timelines; resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain legal-entity accounting hierarchy in ERP and reporting systems; manage entity changes.
• Lead preparation/review of consolidated cash flows and supporting schedules; ensure proper classifications.
