Job summary

Mitsubishi Electric Iconics Digital Solutions, Inc. seeks a senior Regulatory Compliance Manager to own and mature our global compliance program across U.S. and international operations.

You will partner with Operations, IT, HR, Legal, Sales, Product Management, and Finance to enable growth while ensuring strong regulatory compliance, privacy, and security. This is a full-time exempt role that requires independent leadership and proactive risk management.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting government contracting and/or cybersecurity compliance requirements such as CMMC, NIST 800-171, ISO 27001, or FedRAMP
• Familiarity with GDPR, international data protection laws, and cross-border data transfer requirements
• Experience implementing compliance systems, tools, automated screening solutions, or scalable compliance workflows

Responsibilities

• Policy development and maintenance of internal compliance program
• Develop and maintain customer-facing Trust Center aligned with regulatory requirements
• Lead cross-departmental compliance training and maintain a calendar
• Monitor and coordinate compliance activities across headquarters and international offices
• Lead audits, risk assessments, and remediation tracking
• Own the enterprise compliance management framework and annual roadmap

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business, Legal Studies, or a related field
