Job summary

Mitsubishi Power is seeking an Export Control Manager to lead compliance with U.S. and international export controls, government standards, and company policies across a global business.

The role reports to the Senior Manager, Global Trade Compliance and includes training, investigations, audits, and licensing support. The successful candidate will manage controls, internal training, and cross-functional collaboration while coordinating with regulators.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in export control compliance or international trade compliance.
• Substantive knowledge of U.S. and international export controls, licensing, classifications, sanctions, and government expectations.
• Experience supporting export license applications, classifications, investigations, regulatory reporting, and training.

Responsibilities

• Promote the Global Code of Conduct and model ethical compliance.
• Provide SME on export controls and regulatory expectations.
• Guide export classifications, licensing requirements, end-use reviews, sanctions and screening.
