Job summary

CNH Industrial is seeking a Program Manager to lead cross-functional, globally regulated product programs. You will coordinate engineering, regulatory, quality, manufacturing, and legal stakeholders to ensure cybersecurity and regulatory compliance across worldwide markets.

The role requires 5+ years leading hardware/software programs with embedded electronics, NPI and RTM expertise, plus strong governance and risk management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, cybersecurity, systems engineering, or related technical field preferred; business or program management degree acceptable with demonstrated technical experience.
• Minimum 5 years related experience leading technical programs involving hardware, software, embedded electronics, cybersecurity, and regulated product development.
• Experience with NPI, RTM, and product lifecycle deliverables in cybersecurity and regulatory environments.
• Familiarity with embedded systems, electronics architecture, software development lifecycle, and secure product development processes.
• Experience coordinating with vendors, manufacturing, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide program leadership for cybersecurity and compliance initiatives, including governance planning and milestone management.
• Develop and manage program budget, schedule, resources, and results including audits and certification activities.
• Ensure adherence to contracts and regulatory obligations with evidence packages and readiness reviews.
