Job summary

Johnson Controls is a global leader in building technology and security. We are seeking an senior cybersecurity and privacy compliance leader within the Global Product Security organization to guide compliance initiatives and respond to customer audits.

You will coordinate with sales, field, product, legal and privacy teams to ensure programs meet customer requirements and regulations while driving continuous improvement and trust across the organization.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cybersecurity compliance, regulations, industry standards and certifications.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills to analyze customer cyber issues and requirements and link to security controls.
• Track record of leading cohesive teams.
• Experience with RMF, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, GDPR, SOC 2 or similar.

Responsibilities

• Provide lead guidance to customers and business leaders through strategic projects.
• Coordinate with legal, privacy and regulatory groups to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Respond to customer audits and inquiries with timely, accurate, and consistent information.
• Support supply chain risk management activities and third-party components.
• Develop and maintain security documentation and meaningful compliance metrics.
