Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Senior Compensation Analyst based in the United States to shape competitive and equitable compensation strategies. You will transform data into actionable insights and lead market benchmarking, job evaluations, and annual programs.

You will develop advanced models, dashboards, and reports, improving processes with automation, AI-enabled tools, and cross-functional collaboration across HR, Finance, and leadership.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable guidance.
• Experience with compensation benchmarking and job evaluation.
• Exposure to AI-enabled analytics and automation is a plus.

Mansioni

• Independently manage compensation programs and processes.
• Conduct market pricing, benchmarking, and salary surveys.

• Develop financial models, dashboards, and reports for leadership.
