Job summary

WD is seeking an experienced Global Incentive Program Manager to join our Total Rewards team. This role drives end-to-end incentive programs, including short- and long-term plans, and employee recognition initiatives across the enterprise.

Responsibilities include governance, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, HRIS, and Communications to deliver accurate plans, dashboards, and compliant processes at scale.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel proficiency and data modeling for compensation dashboards.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in compensation tools and dashboards.
• Proven project management ability, handling multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Own the design, governance, and execution of STI/LTI and recognition programs.
• Lead end-to-end operations, requiring Workday program requirements, calculations, and payout execution.
• Ensure program accuracy, compliance, and alignment with budget.
• Analyze program impact and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Collaborate with Finance for forecasting, accruals, and budget management.
• Oversee company-wide recognition programs and vendor relationships.
• Coordinate with Internal Communications to promote campaigns tied to values.
