Intuit is seeking a Senior Manager of Compensation Programs & Analytics to lead the operational center for compensation and recognition. You will drive end-to-end execution of the annual global cycle, ensure data integrity, and align pay with our talent strategy across regions.

You will modernize infrastructure, leverage AI, and partner with HRIS/Finance to deliver a seamless intelligence-to-action system. The role emphasizes predictive analytics and scalable, global delivery of programs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in compensation or total rewards, global scope preferred.
• 3+ years of leading high-performing teams.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Compensation modules and AI/automation use.
• Experience driving data-driven decision making in compensation.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end global compensation planning (base, bonus, equity) with data integrity and on-time delivery.
• Leverage AI/technology to automate tasks and create talent insights.
• Oversee global market intelligence across 7+ countries to align with pay philosophy and equity.
• Direct global delivery of recognition programs with integrated data and seamless experience.
• Collaborate with HRIS and Finance to ensure system readiness and budgeting alignment.
• Develop leadership communications to make rewards programs transparent and valued.
• Lead a unified team of compensation professionals as strategic partners in analytics.
