Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Senior Manager of Compensation Programs & Analytics to lead the global compensation cycle, ensuring data integrity and timely delivery across regions. The role focuses on base, bonus, and equity planning, integrating market intelligence with program execution through AI-enabled processes.

You will direct a global team, partner with HRIS and Finance, and craft communications to leadership to promote transparency and strategic value of rewards programs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in compensation/total rewards in a global environment.
• Proven success leading large-scale programs and recognition programs.
• Strong Workday Compensation expertise; interest in AI/automation to evolve processes.
• 3+ years of experience managing high-performing teams.
• Note: equity strategy is handled by a partner team.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of the global compensation planning cycle (base, bonus, equity).
• Ensure 100% data integrity and on-time delivery across regions.
• Leverage AI/technology to automate routine tasks and generate insights.
• Oversee global market intelligence and survey participation across 7+ countries.
• Direct the global delivery of recognition programs with data integration and user experience in mind.
• Collaborate with HRIS and Finance to ensure system readiness and budget alignment.
• Develop leadership communications to ensure transparency and value of rewards programs.
