Qualifications

• 8+ years in compensation or total rewards in a global setting.
• Proven track record leading large-scale program execution.
• Experience with Workday Compensation and using AI to modernize processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual global compensation planning cycle across regions.
• Leverage AI to automate routine compensation tasks.
• Oversee global market intelligence and surveys across 7+ countries.
• Drive recognition programs with data integration and user experience.
