As the Senior Manager of Compensation Programs & Analytics, you will lead the operational center for Intuit’s compensation programs. This role is responsible for the strategic delivery and end-to-end execution of our compensation and recognition programs, ensuring they are market-competitive, data-driven, and delivered with precision and operational excellence.
You will lead a unified function that integrates market intelligence with program execution to create a seamless \"intelligence-to-action\" system. Your mission is to evolve our global operations into a highly scalable, technology-driven delivery model that eliminates operational friction. By modernizing our infrastructure and orchestrating the annual cycle across all global locations, you will ensure Intuit’s pay philosophy is executed to support our talent strategy.
