Job summary
Horizon3 is seeking a Senior Channel Field Marketing Manager (West Region) for a remote role with travel up to 40%. You will own the Americas channel field marketing strategy, designing co-marketing plans with VARs, resellers, and distributors to drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.
Work closely with channel sales, demand gen, ABM tools, and marketing operations to ensure ROI and pipeline attribution.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of channel marketing experience with proven pipeline contributions.
- Experience designing and executing co-marketing programs with VARs, resellers, and distributors.
- Familiarity with ABM tools and demand-gen alignment across field and partner teams.
- Strong partnership with channel sales and demand-gen functions to drive ROI.
Responsibilities
- Own the Americas channel field marketing strategy to generate partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.
- Develop co-marketing plans aligned to regional priorities and campaigns.
- Manage MDF programs end-to-end including budgeting and attribution reporting.
- Collaborate with channel sales, direct field marketing, and product marketing to coordinate events and ROI.
