Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years’ client service experience in Global Capital Markets products or markets, OR 6 years combined education and/or work experience including 2+ years in GCM.
• Experience reading, analyzing and interpreting legal documents.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with corporate structures, relevant laws and regulations.
• High level of proficiency with PCs and pertinent software.

Responsibilities

• Monitor administrative and operational systems, databases and activity for accounts of moderate to significant intricacy, complexity and risk.
• Review and comment on negotiation and drafting of operative documents for assigned accounts.
• Coordinate risk monitoring and regulatory compliance with Legal, Risk, Compliance and Audit as required.
• Resolves issues related to control and client service aspects of accounts to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Work with external parties to structure and close GCM transactions promptly.
• Prepare fee proposals and evaluate fees for suitability and conformance with fee schedules.
• Manage relationships and opportunities, including client meetings and presentations.
