Collectors Universe, Inc. in Santa Ana, CA, seeks a Senior Manager, AP & T&E to own accounts payable, corporate card programs, and travel and expense for the organization. You will manage end-to-end AP and the vendor payment relationship across U.S.

entities, with a path to global scope as the business grows. Lead a small team, set the automation roadmap, enforce strong controls, and partner with Corporate Tax and IT on ERP changes (NetSuite).

Qualifications

• 10+ years in accounts payable, payment operations, or finance operations, including 4+ years directly managing a team.
• Experience owning a corporate card program and a T&E program, not AP alone
• Multi-entity AP experience; multi-currency or global scope preferred
• ERP experience; NetSuite strongly preferred; ability to lead platform changes and automation

Responsabilités

• Own AP end-to-end: vendor onboarding, invoice intake, coding, approvals, payments, and inquiries.
• Own the corporate card programs: issuance, limits, spend controls, and merchant categorization.
• Own T&E program: policy, platform, reimbursement cycles, and cross-location support.
• Build and monitor controls, audit readiness, and fraud prevention in payments.
• Lead a small team; drive automation roadmap; report metrics monthly.
• Collaborate with Corporate Tax on 1099, W-9/W-8, and use tax capture.
• Partner with IT on ERP changes and system optimization (NetSuite).
