Infleqtion, Inc. seeks an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to own and transform our AP function. You will drive a scalable procure‑to‑pay process, implement automation, and partner with Accounting, Procurement, and Finance to ensure an accurate close.

The role requires 5+ years in AP or accounting ops, strong ERP experience with NetSuite, and proven leadership. We offer a competitive package, growth opportunities, and a mission to advance quantum technology.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance is required.
• 5+ years of progressive accounts payable or accounting operations experience.
• 2+ years leading a team or function.
• Experience evaluating and implementing AP automation or procure-to-pay software.

Aufgaben

• Own the end-to-end accounts payable process including invoice intake, coding, approvals, vendor setup and payments.
• Establish a clear AP cadence and drive accountability for timely submissions and issue resolution.
• Lead the implementation of an AP automation platform integrated with NetSuite.
• Design and document standardized AP workflows, policies, and SLAs.
• Strengthen AP controls including three-way match, vendor management and audit support.
• Manage monthly AP close, including accruals, aging, reconciliations and PO review.
• Coordinate with Procurement to improve PO compliance and reduce nonstandard purchasing.
• Lead annual Form 1099 and sales/use tax compliance activities.
