Qualifications

• 7+ years of account management experience with global clients and strategic relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead, hire, train, and develop a team of client support functions.
• Act as liaison between clients and internal teams to meet SLAs.
• Drive strategic account management and initiatives to enhance service delivery.
• Oversee operational reporting, invoicing data, and forecasting volumes.
• Build cross-functional relationships with decision-makers.
• Review and manage SOWs, monitor activities, and track performance
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency
• Manage global locations and ensure updates align with client needs
