Job summary

Arvato Bertelsmann is seeking a Project Manager for Transportation in Wisconsin to lead transport initiatives from carrier onboarding to go‑live. You will coordinate with carriers, clients, IT, and account management, and drive hands‑on support during implementations.

You will translate customer and carrier requests into IT work packages, validate shipping documents, and continuously analyze and optimize processes to deliver the best transport solutions.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of SAP WMS and TM modules is required.
• Experience with carrier requirements and domestic/international shipping.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Two years of relevant transport or logistics experience.
• High IT affinity and familiarity with IT-supported transport solutions.

Responsibilities

• Implement transport-related projects within Arvato.
• Lead implementation of new customers and carriers in SAP-TM.
• Translate customer and carrier requests into IT work packages.
• Analyze and optimize transport processes for clients.
• Develop and standardize project management processes.
• Interface with carriers, IT, and account management during implementations.
• Foster teamwork and trust across Arvato and customers.
