Venbrook Claims is seeking an experienced Claims Examiner to manage a remote caseload of General Liability, Construction Defect, and Professional Liability claims from first notice of loss through resolution. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of commercial claims handling and solid knowledge of tower/stackable coverage structures.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of commercial claims handling experience.
• Knowledge of general liability, construction defect and professional liability.
• Ability to write clear coverage letters and communicate with insureds/brokers/defense counsel.

Mansioni

• Manage a caseload of General Liability, Construction Defect, and Professional Liability claims from first notice of loss through resolution.
• Analyze coverage positions and draft well-reasoned coverage letters.
• Direct outside defense counsel, manage litigation budgets, and attend mediations/settlements.
• Proactively communicate with insureds, brokers, and carriers; provide status updates.
• Maintain organized, compliant file documentation in the claims system.
• Stay current on GL, construction defect, and professional liability law and multi-state rules.
