Venbrook Claims seeks an experienced Claims Adjuster to manage a caseload of General Liability, Construction Defect, and Professional Liability claims from first notice of loss through resolution in a fully remote role.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of commercial claims handling experience, knowledge of tower/stackable coverage structures, and multi-state licensure. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of commercial claims handling experience.
• Experience with General Liability, Construction Defect, and Professional Liability.
• Active multi-state adjuster license; New York license preferred.
• Ability to draft clear coverage letters and communicate with insureds and counsel.

Mansioni

• Manage a caseload from first notice to resolution, including pre-litigation and litigated files.
• Conduct thorough coverage analysis on new losses and draft well-reasoned coverage positions.
• Direct outside defense counsel and manage litigation budgets.
• Provide status updates and participate in client reviews.
• Maintain compliant file documentation in the claims management system.
