Venbrook Claims is seeking an experienced Claims Examiner to manage a caseload of General Liability, Construction Defect, and Professional Liability claims from first notice of loss through resolution. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of commercial claims handling, knowledge of tower and stackable coverage structures, and can draft clear coverage position letters independently.

This is a fully remote position.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of commercial claims handling experience.
• Active multi-state adjuster license; New York license preferred.
• Experience directing outside defense counsel and managing budgets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Mansioni

• Manage a caseload of General Liability, Construction Defect, and Professional Liability claims.
• Conduct coverage analysis on new losses and draft coverage position letters.
• Investigate claims by gathering contracts, certificates of insurance, site records, and statements.
• Direct outside defense counsel and monitor litigation budgets.
• Maintain organized, compliant file documentation in the claims management system.
