Job summary

Venbrook Claims is seeking an experienced Claims Adjuster to manage a caseload of General Liability, Construction Defect, and Professional Liability claims in a fully remote role. Candidates in the Central or Eastern time zones are strongly preferred to align with client operations and core hours of 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Central.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of commercial claims handling, a working knowledge of tower and stackable coverage structures, and the ability to write clear, well-reasoned

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of commercial claims handling experience in GL, construction defect, and professional liability.
• Active multi-state adjuster license required; NY license preferred.
• Strong written communication and ability to manage outside defense counsel.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of General Liability, Construction Defect, and Professional Liability claims from first notice through resolution.
• Conduct thorough coverage analysis and draft well-reasoned coverage letters; apply tower and stackable structures.
• Direct outside defense counsel, monitor budgets, attend mediations and depositions as required.
• Maintain timely reserves and provide status reports to insureds, brokers, and carriers.
• Identify subrogation opportunities and coordinate with subrogation teams.
