Esri is seeking a senior professional to work with electric and gas utilities to design and implement GIS solutions, leveraging ArcGIS Enterprise and Utility Network. You will lead multi-year roadmaps, coordinate across client teams, and drive project delivery to improve asset management, data quality, and operational efficiency.

You will collaborate with internal experts in a cross-functional delivery team, support business development, and help expand GIS adoption across utility domains.

Qualifications

• 5+ years applying ArcGIS Enterprise in production environments.
• 5+ years of experience working within the electric & gas utility industry.
• Demonstrated expertise with ArcGIS Utility Network concepts and implementations.
• Experience using ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Utility Network, ArcGIS Field Maps, and ArcGIS Solutions.
• Ability to connect utility business workflows to ArcGIS solutions.
• Strong client-facing experience with a proven ability to understand customer needs.

Responsabilités

• Translate complex electric and gas utility challenges into GIS solutions with ArcGIS Enterprise.
• Collaborate with clients to prepare enterprise geospatial strategies and roadmaps.
• Gather requirements and business workflows to develop actionable ArcGIS Enterprise solutions.
• Lead project management activities from planning to delivery.
• Manage scope, cost, schedule, and deliverables with QA and risk management.
• Track project performance and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Support business development with Esri marketing and sales teams.
