Job summary

Esri in the United States seeks an experienced Senior Consultant to join Professional Services, delivering ArcGIS Enterprise solutions for electric and gas utilities. You will help modernize GIS infrastructure, improve data quality, and enable asset management and field operations across utilities worldwide.

You will lead multi-year roadmaps, manage projects, and collaborate with industry experts to ensure customer success, while supporting business development and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in IS, GIS, geography, or related field.
• 5+ years applying ArcGIS Enterprise in production environments.
• 5+ years in the electric & gas utility industry.
• Experience with ArcGIS Utility Network concepts and implementations.
• Experience configuring ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Utility Network, ArcGIS Field Maps and ArcGIS Solutions.
• Visa sponsorship is not available; authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Help clients translate electric and gas utility challenges into practical GIS solutions with ArcGIS Enterprise, Utility Network, and Solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to prepare enterprise geospatial strategies and roadmaps.
• Collect, organize, and present client requirements and business workflows to develop ArcGIS Enterprise solutions.
• Analyze and interpret problems in electric/gas utilities and deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Advise on GIS strategies and product selection, focusing on ArcGIS Enterprise and Utility Network.
• Lead project management: planning, execution, delivery, scope, cost, schedule, QA, change control, risk.
• Manage projects and lead teams through requirements, design, build, rollout.
• Track performance and communicate status with internal teams and customers.
• Support business development with marketing/sales teams to expand into new application areas.
• Maintain strong client relationships and focus on customer success.
