Job summary

Esri is seeking a proven leader to head a State and Local Government Mid-Market account team, driving adoption and growth of Esri technology. You will mentor a virtual team, build growth strategies, and engage executive stakeholders to deliver compelling GIS solutions across public works, land records, and public safety domains.

The role requires deep GIS knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to travel up to 50%. BS in GIS or related field is required; MS preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise sales or relevant consulting experience.
• 3+ years of experience mentoring, motivating, coaching a team.
• Ability to build compelling account growth strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team to drive sales across State and Local Government Mid-Market.
• Develop location strategies for large, complex organizations and present at events.
• Explain GIS value to executive stakeholders and close opportunities to meet sector goals.
