Job summary

Esri is seeking a Solutions Engineering Team Lead to coach and guide a skilled team in promoting Esri technology within state and local government accounts. You will mentor staff, lead technical sales initiatives, and drive complex GIS-based solutions.

You will present to senior stakeholders, develop customer-facing materials, and collaborate with sales leadership to align strategies. Applicants should have deep ArcGIS knowledge and a track record in technical consulting.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience with Esri technology creating maps and performing spatial analysis.
3+ years of mentoring, motivating, and coaching on a team.
Advanced understanding of ArcGIS for state & local government contexts.

Responsibilities
