Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a seasoned Systems Integration Specialist with extensive Cityworks and GIS expertise to support water, wastewater and utilities asset management. You will lead GIS/AMS integration, develop automated workflows, and mentor junior staff while collaborating across engineering, operations and IT to enhance data reliability and decision making.

The position offers a hybrid work model in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Six years of GIS, Cityworks and enterprise systems integration experience.
• Experience designing integrated GIS/AMS solutions for asset management.
• Proficiency with ESRI tools, Python, SQL Server and REST APIs.
• Leadership of multidisciplinary teams and project delivery from conception to implementation.
• Strong communication, analytics, and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, configuration and maintenance of Cityworks with GIS and enterprise systems.
• Develop automated workflows, dashboards and reporting for asset lifecycle and risk decisions.
• Align asset data standards with IAM frameworks and asset management goals.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations and IT to improve usability and data reliability.
• Provide technical leadership in GIS-based asset inventory, condition assessments and monitoring.
• Support digital transformation initiatives including mobile data collection and cloud services.
• Mentor junior staff and lead training on Cityworks and GIS tools.
